Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) · Governing the use of AI Knowledge Map
These terms govern your use of AI Knowledge Map ("the Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them.
AI Knowledge Map is an educational product. It provides:
An account is required to save progress, to use AI features, and to purchase.
Prices are shown on the purchase screen and are final prices.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. One-time blueprint purchases do not renew and do not expire.
You may cancel Advanced at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then. We do not pro-rate part-months. Cancel from the Account panel.
If you are a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins and only if you have expressly agreed to it and acknowledged the consequence — which is what the two checkboxes at checkout record.
The full instruction, including the model withdrawal form, is at Right of withdrawal.
AI output is generated per request. Identical questions may produce different answers. We do not guarantee any particular result, level of quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI output.
Ask AI allowances are per account and per period as stated on the purchase screen. Fair-use limits may apply to prevent abuse.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that materially breaches these terms. Where we do so without cause attributable to you, we refund the unused portion of a subscription.
The curriculum, map, node content and Advanced material are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use during your subscription. They may not be republished.
Blueprints you generate are yours. You may use, adapt and act on them commercially without restriction or attribution.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It depends on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy) and may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults outside our control. This is not an SLA-backed enterprise service.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, from intent or gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (a "Kardinalpflicht" — an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on which you may routinely rely) is breached, and then limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
Any further liability is excluded. This does not shift the burden of proof to your detriment, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
We may amend these terms where necessary. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and may cancel before it does. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in force.
